Comfortable beds provided a good night's sleep.

During my stay, the room was incredibly cramped and reeked of mildew. There were serious maintenance issues, like a broken radiator and a TV that didn't work at all. I felt frustrated when I tried to cancel my second night. the staff was unhelpful and refused to consider any options for a refund.
